FIRM BIO 

Vezina & Gattuso, LLC is a general practice firm in the New Orleans metropolitan area. Our representation of qui tam whistleblowers under Federal and State False Claims Acts includes pharmaceutical and drug pricing issues, Medicare and Medicaid fraud, hospital and physician fraud and abuse issues, transportation, as well as government contractor schemes.  Our firm regularly prosecutes qui tam suits under the state false claims acts and frequently handles retaliatory discharge and consumer protection cases.

In addition, our Litigation experience includes the areas of medical malpractice, discrimination, education law, consumer fraud and antitrust, personal injury, as well as the Firm's focus on False Claims Act related litigation.

We proudly serve as general counsel to a number of private schools, and have handled unique matters for several public school systems as well.  The firm has a significant corporate and real estate practice as well, and serves as general counsel to companies and entties large and small.
